    Review: Discover® More® Card - Clear

Discover® More® Card - Clear Type of credit needed: Good Credit

    Type of card: Rebate

    Issued by: Discover®

Overview: The Discover® More® Card – Clear allows cardholders to earn rebates on all card purchases. Purchases at gas stations, restaurants, and other select locations qualify for the highest rebate, while purchases at discount stores and warehouse clubs qualify for the lowest. The rebate earned for all other purchases varies. Meeting minimum spending levels will result in the highest rebate being awarded for general purchases. There are no rebate limits, and rebates never expire on active accounts. Rebates may be claimed once a minimum amount is earned. There is no annual fee for this card, and a low introductory APR for purchases and balance transfers is offered. The APR after the introductory term expires varies depending on the cardholder’s credit history, but is reasonable for those with good credit. This card features high spending limits and includes benefits like auto rental insurance. Cardholders also qualify for discounts at select retail locations.

    What is a Credit Score?

A credit score is a number generally between 300-850, based on a statistical analysis of a person's credit files. This score represents the credit worthiness of a person. A credit score is assigned to each individual, to rate how risky a borrower he or she is--the higher the score, the less risk the individual poses to creditors. In most cases,
your credit score will determine whether you will be approved for a credit card.
