If you have a Chime Card, you can check your balance at any time through the Chime app. The app shows your Available balance, which is the amount currently available to spend on your secured Chime Visa® Credit Card.

The easiest way to check your Chime Card balance is through the Chime mobile app.
When you open the Chime app, your available amount is displayed on the home screen. This is the amount you currently have available to spend with your Chime Card.
You can also tap your Chime Card account to view recent transactions. Pending transactions appear at the top of your transaction list, and you can tap an individual transaction to see additional details.
If you do not already have the Chime app, you can download it directly from Chime's official website. Chime provides links to both the Apple App Store and Google Play from its mobile app page.

The Chime app allows you to check your account, view balances, review transactions and manage your Chime accounts from your mobile device.
Chime provides online account access at Chime.com. However, Chime's instructions for checking your Chime Card balance specifically point to the mobile app, where your available balance is displayed on the home screen.
If you already have a Chime account, you can use the Chime website to access your account.
If you want to look at a balance from a previous month rather than your current available balance, you can view your account statements in the Chime app.
To view a previous statement:
Your Chime Card statement shows the information for that billing period. Chime also sends an email when your latest billing period ends with information about your balance.
Your Chime Card Available balance represents the funds available for spending with your secured Chime Visa Credit Card. Chime holds these funds in your Secured Deposit Account, and the amount is shown as your Available balance in the app.
When you make a purchase with your Chime Card, the transaction reduces the amount available to spend. Your Chime app provides the current balance and recent transaction information so you can keep track of your available funds.
Chime's current Chime Card is different from the older Credit Builder account setup. Members with the current Chime Card see one Available balance in the app.
If you have a Credit Builder account, you may see separate Checking and Credit Builder balances instead. Chime identifies Credit Builder as a legacy product and states that no new Credit Builder accounts are being opened.
For Credit Builder, you can check the balance and recent transactions by opening the Chime app and selecting Credit Builder under Accounts.
If the balance appears different from what you expected, check your recent and pending transactions in the Chime app. Pending transactions may temporarily affect the amount available to spend before the merchant fully processes the transaction.
You can tap a transaction to view additional information about it. If you still need assistance, Chime recommends contacting Member Services through the app.
Chime says the easiest way to get help is through the Chime app. You can also call Chime Member Services at 1-844-244-6363. Chime states that Member Services is available 24/7.
Checking your Chime Credit Card balance is simple. Open the Chime app and look at your Available balance on the home screen. You can select your Chime Card account to review recent transactions and pending transactions.
For older balances, go to Profile > Documents > Account statements > Credit and select the month you want to review.
If you need the Chime app, you can download it directly from Chime.

A FICO® Score is a proprietary credit score created by the Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO). About 90% of top U.S. lenders use it to make lending decisions.
FICO® Score Ranges:
FICO categorizes scores as Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good, and Exceptional.
A credit score is a three-digit number (300–850) predicting your creditworthiness. Lenders use it to evaluate risk and determine rates and terms for credit.
Why it matters: A higher score can help you qualify for loans and lower interest rates. A lower score can lead to higher borrowing costs or application denials.
Note: Credit scores reflect your creditworthiness but do not guarantee approval for any credit product.
